    One and only single malt from the Isle of Skye. Under marine influence, marked by iodine and spices, it reveals itself to be smoky and peppery.

  • CRAGGANMARE, SPEYSIDE, 12 years, 40%

    Classic Speyside Single Malt. Nestled on the banks of the legendary salmon river, this is one of the most complex Single Malts in Speyside. It is a deep and fruity whisky, extraordinarily complex and rich with layered aromas and flavors, marked by a whiff of smoke on the finish.

  • OBAN, WEST HIGLAND, 14 years, 43%

    Fine flower from Scotland. Founded in 1794, the Oban distillery is one of the oldest in Scotland. Typical character made of Malt, iodine, salt, fruits and wooden barrels.

  • LAGAVULIN, SPEYSIDE, 16 years old, 43%

    Distinguished from all other Islay Malts by a unique complexity which knows how to handle power and roundness, intensity and smoothness. The Island of Islay, in the West of Scotland, is renowned for the power of its peated whiskeys. Lagavulin is one of the most peaty and prestigious. Intense peat smoke, powerful notes of seaweed on a wet wood background.

    This Riesling-infused gin is made exclusively from wine whose grape clusters come from the Saarburger Rausch estate. Marked by the powerful aromas of plants and fruits from its terroir, Ferdinand gin perfectly combines all the flavors of the region.

  • VODKA GRAY GOOSE, FRANCE, 40%

    Gray Goose is a French vodka made from a selection of very good quality ingredients. Soft winter wheat from the breadbasket of Picardy and naturally filtered spring water from Gensac, in the Cognac region, combined with a unique production process, make it possible to make the most of the naturally superior properties of these ingredients.

  • DON PAPA RUM, PHILIPPINE, 40%

    Originally from the Negros Occidental Islands of the Philippines, Don Papa celebrates the ancestral Asian tradition of sugar cane cultivation. It takes its name from a sugar plantation foreman who became a hero of the Philippine revolution in the 19th century: Dionisio Magbuelas, known as “Papa Isio”. Aged in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 7 years at the foot of the Kanlaon Volcano, this rum is overflowing with deliciousness with lovely vanilla and fruity notes.

  • OLD ORGANIC CAVLADOS (4 YEARS), OR OVER AGE XO (10 YEARS) DOMAINE DE LA FLAGUERIE

    Calvados is the result of aging cider brandy in oak barrels. Aromas, mouthfeel and taste depend on its age. Young Calvados are fruitier and livelier on the palate. The Hors d’Age are woody, softer and mellow.
