The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Cancellation conditions are systematically mentioned in the confirmation for each reservation.

Some points from our regulations:

  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including in guest rooms and at guest room windows, for obvious reasons of safety, cleanliness, and to prevent unpleasant odors. A minimum cleaning fee of €200 will be charged for any violation of this rule if a smoke odor is present. The fee will be charged to your card as a guarantee, and an invoice will be issued. Smoking is permitted in the hotel courtyard and garden.
  • In the event of damage to the premises or soiling beyond normal use, management reserves the right to charge for the damaged items as well as the time required for repairs at a rate of €50 excluding VAT per hour.   • In the event of aggressive behavior, disrespectful of the rules or instructions of management or towards other customers or staff members, the management of the establishment reserves the right to take all necessary measures to restore peace and quiet to the premises.
